Bye Bye Bill
Monday, 24 August 2009 15:06

Both Selene 60 Cronulla and Selene 55 Blue Grotto successfully ducked the full wrath of Hurricane Bill. Blue Grotto was snugly anchored in Princess Inlet near Lunenberg in Nova Scotia. The eye of the storm passed about 75 miles away, but high land and a carefully chosen spot to anchor kept them safe and sound.

Cronulla was anchored up in coastal Maine, and fortunately far away from the excitement, though well prepared for it.
